Oregon Institute of Leadership
Members are invited to enhance their leadership skills by attending the Oregon FBLA leadership Institute. Members are able to participate in various hands-on workshops as they are inspired by professional leadership trainers and enjoy the association of fellow members from around the state.

FBLA Regionals
Around the state each respective regions holds a Regional Skills Conference. At this conference members are able to compete in two separate competitive events. They enjoy meeting different members in their district and are awarded for their efforts at the end of the conference. Each region will qualify its top competitors to compete at the State Business Leadership Conferences.

FBLA State
The Oregon FBLA State Business Leadership Conference (SBLC) is the premier event for Oregon’s FBLA members, teachers, alumni, and business supporters. Members will travel to Portland for three days of incredible training, intense competition, inspiring, and exciting entertainment. Top performers at the SBLC will advance to the National Leadership Conference held in a different major American city each year.

April 5-8

FBLA Nationals
​The National Leadership Conference is held during the summer and is the last conference for the year. If a member places 1-4 in a state conference event, a member is then eligible to represent Oregon at the National Leadership Conference. As any member will tell you, this is the most exciting trip of the year!
